Excellent friendly staff, breakfasts were sensational.
Had facilities needed in my family room, including a work desk, coffee/tea making equipment, and television. Private bathrooms, that included a walk-in shower. The hotel was in the central setting the next door pub in general.

Clean room, comfortable bed, with a great mini fridge that was handy for my takeout meals from the lovely restaurant next door.
Didn't dislike anything about the hotel.

I visited Wooler for one night and had a good experience at this hotel. Comforts of king room were fabulous - central heating, multi-channel TV, and a refrigerator. The bathroom was huge, beds were comfortable👍🙂

The cozy rooms are perfect for a relaxing night, and the fridge in the room was a nice touch. It's just a short drive to wooler common, where we even spotted red squirrels. Plus, the super king bed made for a great night's sleep.

great location but limited amenities
The location of our family room was perfect for our needs. The space provided was more than adequate for a comfortable stay.
The amenities could use some improvement to enhance the overall experience.

The family room had some cozy touches and spaciousness. The layout is great for families, with a comfortable seating area and a fan provided for airflow.
There was a noticeable damp patch on the ceiling that caught my eye, although it didn't disrupt the stay. The sash window was broken but manageable with a wooden block to prop it open, though some may prefer fully functional windows. The blinds only opened or closed entirely, limiting light control, which could be an issue for those who like the option to angle them.

Amazing stay with comfy vibes
The bed was super comfy, and the room had all the things we needed. Check-in was easy, and it was surprisingly quiet at night. We loved the bar/lounge area for chillin' after a long day. Just wish it had more variety on the menu.

The Duke Suite impresses with its vast space, with a comfy large bed and an array of amenities, including a fridge, crockery, and a sizable TV with Netflix. Its central location allows easy access to nearby restaurants, with the Milan Restaurant highly recommended for dinner. The noise levels from the alleyway might not be as contained as hoped, and communication with staff was sporadic during peak times. Still, every necessary item for a comfortable stay was thoughtfully provided.

Comfortable Family Retreat with Helpful Staff
The staff was accommodating, helping us with our children's needs. Although there was some noise from the neighboring pub, the overall experience was good. Future guests should venture to the nearby restaurants for local flavors.
